Flare Robotics Success
Flare Robotics, a joint club of the Departments of Information Technologies and Science, achieved a significant success by participating Aljazari Robot League on December 27th-29th. Our team, which advanced to the finals, completed the tournament as the fifth alliance and won two awards in the tournament. Our club received the FIRST Impact Award, FIRST's most prestigious award. FIRST Impact is FIRST's most prestigious award and honors the team that best represents a model that other teams can emulate and best embodies FIRST's mission. Tuna ÇELEBİ, a graduate of our school and our club's advisor teacher, won the Woodie Flowers Award for his outstanding achievements in leading, training and inspiring our team. This award is given to honor the best mentors who inspire and develop their team using good communication techniques. Congratulations to our students, alumni and teachers.
